Payments
What are the different payment methods available?
Currently, we accept only I-Banking and ATM transfers. Paypal is available with an admin charge 0f 3.4% + $0.50.
What should I do after I have made payment?
I-Banking
Please email us your ib nickname togther with transaction reference number and amount transferred and we will verify payment within 24 hours.
ATM Transfers
Please email us with a picture of the receipt with your email written on it and we will verify payment within 24 hours.
Preorder
Are all items on preorder or instock?
Currently, all items are on preorder basis but we're looking into bringing instock so there will be no waiting time!
How long will my items take to arrive?
A rough estimation would be 2-3 weeks, although sometimes there might be delays and will take longer than 3 weeks so please be patient!
How does it work?
1. Preorder is open
2. Preorder closed and orders tabulated
3. Placing orders with suppliers
4. Items shipped to SG
5. Thenextdoll will pack and sent out parcels within 2-3 working days once parcels have arrived
Delivery
What are the various forms of delivery?
Currently, we offer only Normal Mail and Registered Mail.
What are the differences between normal mail and registered mail?
Normal mail does not come with tracking and there have been instances of lost mail, thenextdoll will not be responsible for any lost mail. Registered mail comes with tracking and the postman will personally deliver the parcel to your door step, thus registered mail is highly recommended!
What are the charges?
Normal mail
First item would be $1.50 and any subsequent orders will be an addtional $0.50
For example, 3 items were ordered = $1.50 (1st item) + $0.50 (2nd item) + $0.50 (3rd item) = $2.50
Registered mail
It would be an additional $2.24 on top of normal mail charges.
For example, based on the above 3 items, total = $2.50 + $2.24 = $4.74
Refunds and exchanges
I received a defected item, what should I do?
Please email us with a photo of the defect within 7 days of delivery and we will process on a case-by-case basis to see if defect is valid. If defect is found, we will post out a prepaid envelope for you to send back the defected item which must be brand new, unworn and unwashed. We will exchange a new piece if available, however if stocks are unavailable, refund will be made.
I do not like the color, the item does not fit me, can I exchange it?
Exchanges due to change of mind or sizing unsuitability are not allowed.
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
